Tasting Note
Pale gold in colour with flashes of diamond brilliance, it has a light, fresh, mineral and citrus bouquet. The palate is crisp and dry, with a hint of ripe pears and a complex array of red and green apples, the finish is mouthwateringly refreshing and lengthy.

Vineyard
The vines are planted at an altitude of 300 metres with a westerly exposure. The average age of the vines is roughly 30 years and these are planted at a density of 3,800 per hectare, making use of the guyot training system. The wines are not irrigated and the grapes are manually harvested.

Bombay fish steamed in banana leaves or a watercress salad with warm vinaigrette
